How do I/we hire a car from your Company?

When you select any of car from our website there is an enquiry panel on your right. just fill in your information and submit it. We will then send you a quotation to the email address you provided.

How can I pay you? What do you charge for Credit Card Payments?

We require 25% deposit wired to our account, the balance is payable at least 20 days prior to picking the car. You can also pay this balance in person when collecting or when you receive your car. We accept payment in cash US dollars, Kenya Shillings or travellers cheques. We also process Visa and Master Card payment but there is a 5% surcharge for Credit Card Payments.

How far in advance should I book a car?

It is better for you to book your car as far in advance as possible to ensure availability at the time you wish to use it. Although we will go out of our way to provide you with a car anyday, sometimes it is always best to prepare in advance to get the best

Does your price include fuel costs?

No. Every client is required to fuel the car when they hire, rent or lease it.

Are your vehicles insured?

All our cars are comprehensively insured. However, insurance firms will charge an excess fee to process insurance payments. We therefore charge a liability fee

In the unlikely event of an accident what facilities do you offer?

We recommend that our clients have health insurance cover. If the accident is minor we will arrange for the vehicles towing and provide you with a different vehicle. However we will charge a small fee to effect that transfer
